This is a very easy way to make meatloaf and I highly suggest this method - my husband and kids loved it too! Next time I may add
onions (I love them in meatloaves) and make sure to try and use lean ground beef haha - mine was swimming in grease which I scooped out! I love this recipe and I am sure glad I found it!

Good recipe...I used fresh tomatos, a bit of liquid smoke & ground turkey. It was really tasty :-)
