This is such a simple dish. I marinated mine with chicken one time, and beef another time. I cut both meats into bite size pieces, placed them in a medium zip lock bag; added oyster sauce to marinate for a few hours.I baked mine for 20 min or so. Tastes great! Easy intro to Asian food.
