This was good. I used a can of Rotel diced tomatoes with chilis in it for a little spice instead of the whole tomatoes.

pretty good. there was some taste lacking but wonderful recipe to build off of. I added cajun seasoning turned out wonderful but as is you'll have to get creative and figure out something to give it that extra oomph!
