I liked the recipe, but I'm not to big on onion powder, so instead I chopped up 1/4 cups onion into tiny pieces and used that. made a huge difference. loved it.

This was so yummy. I used alittle less mayo and added a dash of salt, parsley, sugar, paprika, and,turmeric and a splash of lemon juice. I also chopped up all the eggs and mixed everything all together and I searved this on toast with some baby spinach. Thanks for the delicious recipe :positive

I always add depending on how many eggs and to taste relishand leave out garlic powder

It was ok but I cut the garlic powder in half and added more hellmans mayonnaise and added more onion powder and minced onions. I also added a little bit of Parmesan cheese and it was good :)

This is a good egg salad recipe. I add a few drops of liqued smoke in my egg salad, it does give it another flavor level. Also add some pickle juice. Yum

It was yummy but I will not add the onion powder next time, ill use half the garlic powder, and ill add a little relish or chopped pickles; just my preferences! It was still a yummy lunch tho! Thanks :)

This recipe rocks! I had to make some adjustments since I only have Dijon mustard and no onion powder. I used the Dijon, substituted garlic powder for minced garlic and added 1/2 tsp of butter in the onion powder's place to help even out the flavor of the Dijon. It was so good I made 2 thick sandwiches and I'm saving the rest for tomorrow. Easy to make, awesome option for lunches/picnics/etc. Yum!
