If you want to drink your cookies, don’t put flower. blows my mind how you could say flower is optional for this recipe? how else are the cookies supposed to hold them selves together? the first go around I chose not to use flower and the whole tray at the end was liquid oatmeal butter and sugar.

This works great without flour.. Adjust butter accordingly. Can vary climate to climate, altitude to altitude.
