Yes, a little. Firstly this is one of few of my dishes which omit garlic (something I normally use in abundance) and secondly I do use crème fraîche even though the purists would correctly argue that the creaminess should come from the eggs and cheese. John

@JohnA who cares what the purest say, we want good tasting food, which suits our own selves not food that society thinks is acceptable, maybe I could change it round next time with Creme Fraiche
