Delicious and very hearty. Reminds me of some of the German food my mom used to make :) I didn't have any yellow potatoes so I used reds instead, just halved and quartered them. Also added a bit of water to get the yummy stuff off the bottom of the skillet and help soften the potatoes a bit.

I used smoked venison and Yukon gold potatoes. I let the onions and peppers caramelize and the flavors were phenomenal! A great choice for a cold winter's night.
