Chilli and lemon (or lime) is always good. Cayenne would also work instead of the chilli. i' m gonna use the slicer on my food processor for this. Or the cleaver :-\

Great recipe.,I used an off brand canola spray and it worked wonderfully. Did 6 minutes oppossed to the 3-5 minutes from the directions. Will definitely be a,go to snack

these potatoes strips werent easy to make at all I couldn't get them into thin slices and they didn't cook right at all so it wasn't very easy I'm sure they taste great. :annoyed

I found these were very easy to make. I found them very good. But I used olive oil and some stuck to the plate. Next time I will use Pam.

I used a potato peeler rather then a knife and they were really thin and cooked great in about 1 - 1.5 minutes. They were really nice

Couldnt get them to brown, but they were crisp and tasty. Used a left over packet of dry ranch I had sittin' around. Going to try some agave nectar next time for a little sweetness.
