This is a delicious cookie but very difficult to Work with. My first batch didn't even come out because they would not harden at all, even after baking longer twice. I let the rest of the batches sit quite awhile and then had to pry them off the cookie sheets, but it worked it decently in the end. Yummy ending to a difficult cookie. Will use baking powder instead of soda next time.

Well it would be definetly cheaper than a therapist and I bet it would taste better too. :-) I can use some right now.
