I’m probably as near 100% Caucasian as you can find 🤣 but having horseradish sauce or cream (or mustard) with Sunday roast dinners was a reasonably standard part of my childhood in the 1940s/1950s so acquiring the taste for wasabi once I started travelling as an adult. As to quantity, I’d still probably having less than you. Variety is the spice of life!
