This is really similar to the chocolate eclair cake recipe. I've made it several times. Use cool whip (1 container) and French vanilla instant pudding (2 small boxes).

Your missing a lot in this recipe. What size packages of vanilla pudding? What is a package or the amount of whipping cream do you use? What and how much frosting is being used? The kind of frosting being used on an Eclair cake makes a huge difference too! Ganache is the best!
