I have made these 4 times now. My very favorite cookies!

Delicious! I think it would be great as a thumbprint cookie too, with a tiny dab of lemon curd or raspberry jam in the center. :cookie

Threw in some white chocolate chips into half the batter and was amazing. Next time, white chocolate chips and coconut!
