Great on the grill smoked, but might want to put the kale on a cookie sheet. Make whatever flavors/spices you like. I added grape seed oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. It was fabulous. Gone quickly.

Came out great. I've tried other temperatures and this temp and cook time worked best. I used garlic instead of salt. :)
