Make this tonight, very good! I will make again. Spicy, sweet, and salty make for a tasty combination.I used packs of wings from Costco, these were small and cooked very fast. I guess they were done in 3-4 hrs. Around 4.5 hrs they were nearly fall off the bone - which I'm not complaining about but were any longer and I would not be able to transfer to the baking sheet. Maybe my crockpot runs hotter on low?I think broiling at 15 minutes is NOT recommended! 4 or 5 minutes was fine for me when using the top rack setting - which you should when broiling.
