Where do I get the vanilla powder to make the coffee creamer?
Raggya
Raggya @cook_2949088
Just made a small batch of the carrot cake creamer, I think I might adjust the spice mix ratios, slightly less cloves and allspice next time. Being in the UK, this is the closest to decent flavoured creamer I can find, thanks!!

I'm glad you like it. I am open for requests for any additions to flavor.

I would like to make this for my hubs (who is an over-the-road truck driver) but need to know  an expiration date, if possible, since he is sometimes out for 3-4 weeks at a time. Thanks!!

This last about a month before it start sticking/clumping but I have used mine past that usually not longer than 8-10 weeks. (Only because I get bored with the same thing) I would not recommend passing the expiration of the milk though.

Hi there. I'm wanting to try some of these coffee creamer recipes. One question: how do you store it once made? Does it require refrigeration?
Keki Ab
Keki Ab @princessmami
I store mine in the cabinet. For no more than two months if that long. I noticed it sticks together and clump when I refrigerated it.

I was wondering if I could substitute powdered coconut milk for the oil?
Thank you
Keki Ab
Keki Ab @princessmami
I wouldn't substitute for the oil. But I would say it may be okay to sub for the milk. I never tried it myself.

Hi do you happen to have a creamer recipe to mimick a butterfinger?
Keki Ab
Keki Ab @princessmami
Okay so I played around round with this but I'm not sure if I nailed it exactly. Add 2 tsp to 2tbsp(depends on how much flavor you want to add) of chocolate peanut butter powder to the original mix. I then felt it kinda lack the crispy so I got a chico stick and pulse food processed it and added to the mix. Hope this helps if for find something that works a little better feel free to share. Please share your opinions with me to

I would not pass the sell or best by date of you powdered milk. 😁 As far as cappuccinos you would need a milk frother I do believe. Best of luck -K

why are there 2 or 3 numbers after an item on the flavors. I know the second set of numbers is for the Bulk Mix.
