With the addition of fresh ginger slices, this is what I make as cough syrup. It keeps in the fridge all winter! A teaspoon is all you need. Or mix it in hot water to taste. Far better than neo-citron. Use local unpasteurized honey for best results and health benefits. Remember.... NEVER give honey to children less than one year old. :flower
