Found this recipe this morning and wanted to make them right away...mixed it together and placed in oven (made 1/2 the recipe and coated the bread on both sides in the syrup mixture to compensate for being impatient lol); sprinkled with icing sugar and cinnamon after: turned out amazzzzzing! can't wait to try 'em after waiting overnight! thanks so much :positive

It came out amazing! I added cinnamon and dried fruit to it and next time I'll be adding nuts also.

I made this for my boss after the birth of her daughter and she raved about it. Made it for my family and they all loved it! It is so good! I would describe it as a cross between French toast and monkey bread! :monkey
