We made these for a holiday party and they were a huge hit. We made half with alcohol and the other half non alcoholic. just make sure to add extra gelatin to the ones with alcohol and make them a different color. muffin pans work great to stabilize while setting up.

I made them for a party that I had . They were a big hit! The only thing I had a hard time with was getting the pulp out of the orange without breaking the rind. I actually made jello shots with them. Out of curiosity, does anyone have a suggestion for taking it out? :-)
