May I know why your cornbread have a very nicely brown on top?
but mine is just pale, is it because of the oven temp.

I am so glad you tried END enjoyed my recipe! I sometimes have an issue with the top staying pale, especially when it's cold outside (is it cold where you are now?). I have a new oven since posting this recipe and I have actually never had a beautiful brown top on my cornbread when the weather is cold since getting 5he new oven. If I increase the oven temp it does help some. I think you could try increasing the oven temp by 25 degrees. I hope that will help the top brown.for.you.

I think nobody really care about the top , because the cornbread is too delicious 😆
