Don't apply oil, before pouring the batter,use non stick edges wala tawa,tawa should be full on heat, after pouring don't add oil immediately, just after one and half minute or two , make the flame of the gas slow, and add some oil at this moment.Always Grease the tawar with stem of a brinjal
