Thank you for the recipe, it worked perfectly. Definitely my new oreferred method of cooking chicken. Next time I am going to try the method of salting the chicken the night before.

I tried this recipe and it was fast and delicious. I used thyme, a piece of ginger and fennel with salt and white wine.
