We enjoyed this . it was quick and easy. I will next time however season the chicken first and baste the chicken with the juices as it is cooking.

It was very good. I did marinate the chicken in the Italian dressing before cooking. And I am not so sure it needed the mozzarella. Next time I might try ricotta.
