Yum! I forgot about these.. I had one years ago at a Renaissance festival and tried to recreate them but it seemed like a pain to do back then.. I think I will try again following this recipe very soon!:)

dinosaur eggs are awesome...maple jimmy dean sausage is the best and baked in the over taste better..Italian breadcrumbs, yummy ~(o.o)~

Need to qualify; in 5 & 7... 'sausage-wrapped egg'... great breakfast in18thC camp or modern with a hunk of buttered bread. Yes, also known as Scotch eggs. Have made these many times... can be pre-made the day b4 you use them... keep refrig'd.
