Kimchi

DJ_Lee @cook_2785051
I liked your recipe, but actually this is not a recipe for Kimchi. Mostly (Baechu)Kimchi needs chinese cabbage(Baechu). (Moo)Kimchi needs white radish(Moo). Both needs a lot of red pepper powder, usually. Please notice it.

I just mixed up my second batch, since the first one is half eaten. The photos and instructions in this recipe make it easy to make, and if it is not "real" kimchi, at least it is kimchi enough!

gonna try this. have a Korean friend who lives in Korea who said to try this that I would like it. sounds good!

being korean, I know for a fact that this is not a traditional kimchi..Kudos for you for trying but next time I would like it even more if you put up a correct recipe!

That is not kimchi..looks like mixed pickles..but it seems like delicious food!!

I used a garlic chili paste instead of the Thai chili. this is like a spicy sour qr out. I love it in sandwiches or on hot dogs.

Hmm. Not sure what this would taste like, but this is NOT a real Korean kimchi.

its not an original one its only a take on, re-edited version of it so no stars
