I tried to make this but as soon as I poured egg in water... The egg just disappeared... It dissolved in the water! :beer

I've only made poached eggs once bit when i did i used sloppy joe sauce instead of water and it was so good! never liked eggs much but poached eggs are great!

This was a great dish! Make it sure to eat it right away, in order to get the most flavor from the eggs!

Great. Soo much easier than boiled eggs, I was able to get a runny yolk no problem. Didn't use vinegar though.

tried to whisk the water before you put in the egg, the momentum of the water will help cover the yolk with the white. a tips from gordon ramsay :-[
