You absolutely can, but I don’t know if you’ll achieve as most a cornbread.

This also says 1/2 a can of condensed milk, but it does not say what size of can to use

I have only come across 14 oz. cans of condensed milk. I’ve never seen them in other sizes. Perhaps in other countries, the standard is different. So, roughly 1 cup rather than 7.5 oz.
