I've made these for years. they are always a favorite. Besure to drain the pickles until almost dry or the will get runny. Enjoy :excited

My mom makes these for EVERY family gathering. She also does some with green onion instead of pickle :hungry

I make these but before I cut I let them chill in fridge overnight. They cut a lot easier. I slice them into thin pieces and place toothpicks in them if carry them to a gathering.

lol This is going to sound rude but I have to say Ewwww :-@ But thanks for posting! You brought back good old memories of my Nana. she use to make these all the time and I've never eaten them because I think pickles are super gross but my kids love them so I think I'll make some for them. I'm gonna need a clothes pin! :-)
