Pretty good recipe. I opted not to use the Brussel sprouts but I think I will use them next time. I added about half a cup of red wine to the sauce. The evaporated milk made it nice and creamy, it was great. The left overs were ridiculous. I used the Adellea Italian style mozzarella stuffed chicken sausages. Followed everything to a tee, this recipe is pretty much fool proof. :ohyeaah

just made it, husband liked it pretty well, but I didn't really care for the Italian spice. Next time I will probably use something else. loved the whole garlic in it, and I used green garden onions (they looked so pretty with the tomatoes). I will be making it again!

I'm not big on brussel sprouts myself, but my husband loves them so I decided to make this for him. He loved it! my daughter loved it too!

Pretty good! Think I'll try less of the evaporated milk and will cut out the brussel sprouts next time. Not a meal that I can cook quickly but one that I think will be made again. Also wasn't expecting so much so I may also cut everything in half to see what happens there.

Made this last night & loved it! I added red wine vinegar (just a few dashes) yum! My kids hated it but only because they are at the age of being picky lil eaters, lol.
