So I was missing a few of the dry ingredients, but still followed more or less. I also added a dash of liquid liquid smoke to the mustard. Then I let the ribs rest for about an hour. I cooked for about 4 hrs in a covered pan, then I took them out rubbed with BBQ sauce and broiled on each side for about 5 min on foil.. Good Recipe, I checked it with my friend that owned a BBQ restaurant before trying for a couple pointers. Slow cooking makes all the difference!

delicious! added liquid smoke and put on some bbq sauce, broiled for about 10 mins.
