Better than fries

I made these yesterday and they were great! Even my husband liked them (and he's not always too happy about being my guinea pig)! I didn't peel the skin and I think it tastes better; a little more crunch than if you peeled the skin off.

You can also stab the potatoes with a fork several times. Then roll them around in the oil and salt and cook them whole.

Set potato on wood spoon to keep knife from going all the way through. Slice garlic thin and put in slits for even better Taters

Thanks for the tip using a spoon to slice the potatoes. It worked great. My family love these.

Had these with dinner last night and they were sooo good. I added garlic to the recipe. The only thing I had trouble with was cooking time, the potatoes weren't cooked in the middle and I had to put them in for another 30, but it was all worth it in the end and now I know for next time :brobrobrobro
