I make these but use cream cheese with chives and add a little shredded extra sharp chedder on top of sausage mixture before rolling up. These never last long. Everyone loves them!

made these a while back. tasty but small. gonna try the taco ring recipe and stuffed with sausage and cream cheese instead of taco meat. I think it might work. wish me luck. :chef

Pretty good.. careful with the salt. I will use less next time. I made it with parmesan cheese on the inside :)
