I am lost on Fava beans-newbie. In my local Arabic store I see halved and whole dried fava. I’ve seen a can of cooked fava. I was recommended halved for falafel. Your beans look green. I am lost on choice of purchase and stage of bean, cooking them, and taste and texture. Maybe you could give a little insight. A bean has me lost 😆
