Oh I forgot to mention that I don't eat meat so I used Morning Star crumbles. Worked Great!

i made this for dinner tonight and it was pretty good. i added some Texas red seasoning and it made it alot better but it still seemed to be missing something. i will definitely be trying again but with ground beef next time.
