Good question @tomo from the package it says: Australian lake crystal salt, black pepper, white pepper, green chilli pepper and some cloves.

@_shu i saw you have seasoned the carbon steel pan, can you teach me how to season the pan so i can use??

We clean the steel pan from time to time with washing soda or bicarbonate of soda. (boil and soak for few hours) so they will stay clean and shiny. Every time after using, it’s a good practice to season the pan with just a little bit of oil, to protect the pan from air.
