Loved it. We added the sour cream after we took it out of the oven so it didn't get gross and curdled.

These are a great quict twist on the poptato . When almost done I topped wifh buttered panko and a bit more

My potatoes came out very hard and I wondered whether to put in salt or pepper but decided to leave it out and I regretted it. Next time I will boil already peeled potatos in salted water till very soft as 15mins in the oven just melts the cheese. Also, maybe I did something wrong but the sour cream just stayed in the dots it nva spread I think next time ill add it after I remove the casserole from the oven.

I added some seasonings of my own. Didn't use the onion because I thought it was pointless. Came out GREAT!!!
