I was unable to get ground chicken so I went with Turkey. I added ground mustard and used season salt instead of regular salt. The consistency was soft compared to a regular meatloaf which may have been because I used Turkey but cooking in a different pan may take care of that. Over all the flavor was great and I loved it!

my family thought this was just okay. the peppers were a bit much and there wasn't much more flavor than that.

made this last night, i finely chopped my veggies instead of grating them, i was rather impressed. this was delicious and my boyfriend has been raving about it. definitely will make this again!
