Definitely use concentrate. Made both ways; normal juice doesn't work quite right. Tastes great though!

I've made these for years. to get the froth of a real Orange Julius add a raw egg to the mix and yes I'm aware of the concerns of consuming raw eggs. If that is a concern you may either use pasturized eggs or powdered eggs if you can find them.
