I made this for my daughter's birthday cake. Before I actually made her cake, I made a test cake, which my family tried. My mom asked me for the recipe the other day, because my dad wouldn't quit talking about the icing. New family favorite!
(I also added a couple tablespoons of white chocolate instant pudding mix to keep it from melting as easily.)
