I have always made this but, I add taco seasoning and corn to the ground beef.

My family liked this, but we all agreed it needs a little more flavor. I think when I make it again (I plan on adding this to my meal plan rotation) I will add more salt & pepper, and add onion salt, to the ground beef while it browning. I did saute a chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves with the ground beef. Thinking I could double the garlic. This makes ALOT, so plan on having leftovers the next night.
