I think that change is always hard. I dont like what I see here so far. It is sad to see that so many peoples lifes have been impacted on in this for me not positive way, there are promises though.

promises that things will improve, management has listened in the past , perhaps they still have power and say. We will need to give it a while let them know how to make it better

we were always encouraged to welcome people and we did so freely and that was the good part of our community. we learned of people diversity , this as it stands is a international recipe book

perhaps we can still say hello to our friends and rebuilt somethimg for us within this app. it can be worked . it takes a little time . i have seen it happen on a photo app that I was on

it is on smaller scale yes, but at least friendships are not lost, and perhaps in time something can be sorted here via management or by ourselfs if needed

Sometimes being thrown into the deep water shows who will sink or swim, abrupt change is similar to that. Taking away the informal personaliy of the app is a huge loss in my opinion.

I was a bit surprised with no advance notice, to the change in apps. I will adapt. It's certainly worth a shot. It's nice to still see people that I am following - in particular, fenway. 😊

rafa is no longer, the app is under cookpad all the way now, you can email the devoloper about the bookmarks but i dont think they can get those back but its worth a try

my bookmarks are where the three marks are at the right hand corner , that takes you to a page where it says recipes and bookmarks. i think it only shows the bookmarks of the people you follow

Yes their are a few bookmarks, but just a few. I aswell lost about 250 recipes. and sorry to say allot were tinklees sad just sad..:-(

I want it back the way it was too! The recipes are still good, but lots of the helpful capabilities (conversions) are not to be found. I need my categories back too. I can't deal with the changes.

I'm disappointed with the "canned"responses from the developers. IMHO, they're uniformed, corporate idiots who are not everyday cooks. I have been looking elsewhere to find better apps. No success

I liked the old one too. especially when u opened the app and could scroll through featured recipes. that was how I found a lot of my favorites. it's just too complicated.

this merger took the allthecooks app back to a zero. I am very frustrated, and unfortunately like many others probably won't use Cookpad. The community feel is gone.

I still cannot understand the home page. There doesn't seem to be any rhythm or reason to it. It's cumbersome and burdensome because there are no categories that I can see. Am I missing something?

I liked the old way better, where it was based on how many people favorited the recipe and it was changed every day or two. You get kinda tired of looking at the same thing for days on end!
