@cook_19872338 Poncho phutan is classic tempering of curry with 5 seeds. Its typical flavor is unique. Mostly used by people of Odisha and WB.The seeds used are mustard, cumin, kala jeera(nigella seeds), fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds. The ratio used 1:1/2( fenugreek seeds)
