The Month is May 2022 made my first ever Tarte Tatin - I made a Apple Tarte Tatin and I made it in my broken handled Non-stick Wok and then baked the whole Tarte Tatin at Gas Mark 6 for 1 ( One ) hour

Did wait until the next day before having a quarter piece of my homemade Apple Tarte Tatin - did turn upside down early and convert back into my non-stick Wok. A lot of liquid Syrup developed - so am thinking next time I could twice bake my homemade Apple Tarte Tatin in order too thicken up that Syrup - baking with the cooked Puff Pastry underneath rather than on top

I didn't end up with a Caramel thickness on the Apples and cooked Puff Pastry , but I ended up with a pleasurable too eat - moist syrupy apple slices with Syrup soaked cooked Puff Pastry - is nice too have half of the whole - rather than just a quarter

Have attempted too perfect the Recipe for Tarte Tatin , but have not succeeded - the sugar and water toffee sauce was bitter and the Toffee Sauce amongst the Apple slices was not thick once the Recipe had been baked. Must find a way too improve the Recipe that I have made up
