What is your favorite potato for mashed potatoes consequently these patties or pancakes? Recipe sounds great! Look delicious, great for Sunday brunch 👍😉

@Bonissima2022 thanks! For mash I normally use waxy reds or whites, because I love the creamy texture. For the pancakes though, I'd go with russets so they hold together better. Let me know if you make them and how they turn out. 😀👍
