Carcass often gets thrown away and sadly not many cook it. It's interesting to see how each person uses all parts of the chicken! :D

Indeed. I must admit that I’m more interested in making nourishing soups and broths when it’s not so hot and sunny but I’d find it hard not at least to make some stock out of a carcass.
