I always wonder, does dashida taste the same like Japanese dashi?

Japanese dashi is the stock from bonito flakes or/and kelp seaweed. Even the Japanese instant stock powder is made from these ingredients. But this Korean Dashida is beef based soup with some anchovies and vegetables. It actually tastes different! If you buy Dashida, Korean food becomes very easy.

If you add Dashida, sesame seeds, sesame oil and garlic, anything becomes Korean style 😂🙌
