I've actually thought about doing that and may try it next time around does it make them more tender

@@cooking4us76 The slow cooking process makes them tender. Browning them I feel just adds more depth of flavor.

Tried this with thick cut boneless chops in the oven in a casserole dish at 375° for an hour with some stuffing. It was great. Added it to favorites.
