My nephew ask me to find a recipe for the Hot Pepper Relish as he had a friend who made it but wouldn't share the recipe and then passed away. I found this recipe and have now made it from my garden peppers for a couple years. It is great on about anything, fish, hot dogs, sausages, eggs, omelets.
