Just as good as my Grandma's! Had forgotten how easy and delicious this pie is. I added the can of coconut milk another user suggested, some dark chocolate chips from yet another user, less than a cup of sugar and 2 cups coconut. Had to bake an additional 15 minutes longer, but it is perfect. Will be making again and I didn't

This turned out great and was so easy!! I used Baker's sweetened coconut and half the sugar in the recipe and it was perfect! It disappeared so fast I didn't get to add a picture!

Great recipe! I used my own crust recipe which incorporates more coconut & it was definitely a crowd pleaser! Took 15 minutes tops!!
