Thx for sharing! Delish! I added homemade sofrito because I’m Puerto Rican and we put that ish on e’rything lol 😂 (blended mixture of onions, garlic, cilantro, culantro, red and green bell peppers) and after serving myself a bowl I added red pepper flakes for extra heat.
