I can understand… my daughter as well but because of my husband… now she is 14 and very complicated, I hope she will improve otherwise her life will be too hard… a big hug for you 💕

14 to 18 were most challenging for her, but we were lucky we found a really good therapist. Please believe mental illness can be treated. She can get better. Thinking of you and your family, Mara.

Yes, sure. Last fall she started psychiatric therapy and will continue to go to the psychologist after the summer holidays. Now she is better but is hard to live with her in some moments. Many times we don’t know what to do… but think positive! 🍀 Thank you Hiroko

My husband and I both had anxiety issues, and we read a lot of books to understand what's happening in our heads. Trying to be positive is sometimes very difficult, and it can be helpless. It is important to have right knowledge and to know what to do, and you got to talk about the issues openly. Mara, if you ever need someone to talk to (write to), I can be reached via my website.
